Terms

This is how our partnership works. It's simple: you provide extraordinary experiences, we bring you customers. Zero upfront cost, no lock-in contracts, either of us can walk away anytime.

How It Works

  • You provide your Rezdy, Fareharbor, other booking link or Viator listing
  • We create your listing on Escaped Australia with photos, description and pricing provided by you
  • We handle all marketing, SEO and platform maintenance
  • Customers book directly through your system
  • You fulfil the experience and receive payment from the customer
  • We earn commission from completed bookings only

Commission Structure

Via Rezdy Reseller

  • You earn 80–85% of the booking value
  • Escaped Australia earns 15–20% commission (negotiated per operator)
  • Affiliate platforms deduct processing fee from our commission, not yours

Via Viator Affiliate

  • You receive standard Viator payment (after their commission)
  • Escaped Australia earns up to 8% affiliate commission from Viator
  • Your relationship with Viator remains unchanged

What You Provide

  • Active Rezdy account OR active Viator listing
  • High-quality images of your experience (minimum 5)
  • Accurate description, pricing and availability
  • Booking confirmation and customer service (you handle the customer directly)

What We Provide

  • Professional listing on Escaped Australia
  • SEO optimisation and organic marketing
  • Platform maintenance and updates
  • Customer enquiries forwarded to you
  • Editorial support and guidance

Listing Standards

  • All experiences must be genuinely bookable and available
  • Accurate pricing and descriptions (no misleading claims)
  • Professional images (we can help source if needed)
  • Operators must maintain appropriate insurance and licensing

Terms

  • Either party can remove a listing at any time with 7 days' notice
  • Escaped Australia reserves the right to decline or remove listings that don't meet quality standards
  • Commission applies only to bookings generated through Escaped Australia referrals
  • Operators remain responsible for all customer service, safety and legal compliance
